Examination Rules & Policy

  • No gifts: No gift shall be offered to the Teachers or Principal.
  • Attendance requirement: Every student is required to have 85% attendance of the total number of working days. No student is allowed to appear for examination unless he/she has the required percentage of attendance.
  • No retest / no average: No retest will be conducted, neither will average marks be given to any student who is absent in any of the examinations.
  • Absence with valid reason: The absence of a student in the examination will only be considered if the child is facing a health issue or another genuine reason; in such cases an application must be submitted. Promotion of the child in these cases will depend solely on the Principal’s decision.
  • Fee defaulters: Fee defaulters will not be allowed to sit in the examination. If, due to fee default, a child misses any exam, he/she will be awarded zero for that paper.
Please ensure attendance, fee payments and medical certificates (where applicable) are submitted on time. All decisions regarding exceptions rest with the Principal.
