PROMOTION RULES

• There will be two Academic terms for the scholastic year. They shall be from April to Sept, and the second will be from Oct to March. The child needs to pass both the terms to get promoted.

• Reports about the children's performance in these assessments will be issued to the parents after the completion of each term. They are requested to examine these and guide them accordingly.

• Failure in any one of these subjects i.e. English, Hindi, Science, or Mathematics in the average of all the exams renders a student liable to repeat his/her class.

• The Principal reserves the right to debar a student from appearing at the Final Examination.

• For sufficient reasons such as unsatisfactory progress in studies, insufficient attendance, serious misconduct, etc., a student may be debarred from an examination.

• Report cards will be handed over to the parents only when all the dues are cleared.

• Results once declared are final.
